Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT # 98262) with the State of California.
I am a licensed psychotherapist providing counseling to individuals, couples, families and relationships of all kinds. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, respectful, and grounded in trust. My role is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and develop tools that support long-term growth. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy from California State University, Sacramento.
